Role: Production Coordinator

My role as a Production Coordinator was to take over the Build-A-Bear Tycoon project, and help my senior producer in making sure the games on the tycoon pod released on time and had smooth releases and live ops updates. I utilized Jira, Google Sheets, and Trello in order to keep track of my team's progress. For meetings within the company, we used Discord. For meetings with the Build-A-Bear brand, we used Microsoft Teams.

Build-A-Bear Tycoon had three producers during my time at Gamefam. I worked with the other two producers to tackle tasks as they came up. As an example, when we would report on the game's statistics, we would split up work between the three of us. The producer who was there when I was hired moved to another game on the pod, and I trained the third producer to take over for me so I could step up and help my senior producer on all games across the pod. I produced the base game through its Dance Club update, with a little bit of work going into the Hotel update, images below.
